Banana bread


ingredients :

dough :

3 ripe bananas

1 shabby apple

100 g melted butter

150 g dark sugar, maybe regular sugar

2 tbsp. honey

1 vanilla sugar

1.5 sachets of baking powder

1 egg

a pinch of salt

pinch of cinnamon

150 g coarse flour or “whole grain flour” (optional, you can replace it with regular flour, but it’s better)

250 g plain flour

1 tbsp. unground poppy seeds (I didn't give them)

Method :

Mash the bananas, mix with the grated apple, pour in the drained oil, the egg, and then all the other ingredients.

Grease the baking dish and sprinkle semolina on all sides.

The dough should be semi-liquid, if thick, add a little milk.

We bake for about 40-50 minutes at 180 degrees.
