Banana cake is very tasty


ingredients :

for sponge cake ( 22 cm mold )

1- eggs 6 pcs

2- sugar 200 gr

3- flour 200 gr

for cream:

1 condensed milk 1 can

2. butter 200 gr

3. bananas 6 pcs

For decoration :

1- dark chocolate 1 pc

2- powdered sugar

Method :

In the evening we prepare a sponge cake (if anyone has their own favorite sponge cake recipe, bake it):

Separate the whites from the yolks. Set the whites aside.

Beat the yolks with 100 g of sugar until the mass increases several times and until light yellow. Set aside and work on the whites.

Beat the whites until white, then, continue to beat, add sugar little by little. Continue beating until stable peaks form. The whites are also ready.

Take a bowl with yolks and add 1/3 of the whites to them. We begin to mix very carefully so that air bubbles remain in the mass. Then we add the rest of the whites and mix very carefully.

After mixing the whites and yolks, we begin to slowly add the sifted flour and just as carefully mix everything until smooth.

Grease the bottom of the mold with oil and sprinkle with flour (it’s better to do this in advance), pour the dough into the mold, and place in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

Leave the biscuit overnight under a towel to prevent it from drying out.

Making the cream:

Whip the butter into a fluffy mass and then gradually begin to add milk (we taste the cream ourselves, because someone may like less sweet cream.

From the finished sponge cake, cut out the entire middle, leaving 2 cm sides and a bottom.

Tear the biscuit into small pieces and put it in the cream (you may need a little less biscuit, make sure that the cream is not dry, and eat the rest yourself).

Cut bananas into slices.

Let's start assembling the cake :

We lay out a double layer of banana slices, with a layer of cream on them. Then again a double layer of banana slices and again a layer of cream, and so on until both are finished.

Decoration :

Sprinkle the entire surface with grated chocolate, and in the center, using a stencil (I made it from the wrapper of a chocolate bar in the shape of a heart), make a heart out of powdered sugar.
