2-3 chicken breasts
1 ½ tbsp. flour
2 eggs
salt
pepper
citrus sauce
1 tbsp. water
3 tbsp. orange juice
¼ tbsp. lemon juice
1/3 tbsp. rice vinegar
3 tbsp. soy sauce
6 tbsp. brown sugar
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp. flour
Method
Cut the chicken into cubes, and lightly beat the egg. Mix flour with spices.
Dip the chicken in the egg, roll in flour, and deep-fry.
For the sauce, lightly dry the flour in a dry frying pan.
Pour in all other mixed sauce ingredients.
Boil a little until rusty. Try it!
Add fried chicken pieces and heat them in the sauce.
