3 cloves garlic

Method
First, we make a thick batter. Mix the ingredients and place the chicken pieces in it so that they are covered on all sides.
Deep fry in small portions.
Mix all ingredients for the sauce, except garlic.
Fry the crushed garlic in a wok for a few seconds, pour in the sauce, let it boil, and add the fried chicken, covering with the sauce on all sides.
