Chicken pieces with mint and lime


ingredients :

12 boneless chicken things

4 tbsp. light honey

3 tbsp. fresh mint

4 tbsp. lime juice

salt

pepper

oil for frying (5-6 tbsp)

12 toothpicks

for the sauce :

2\3 cups natural yogurt

1 tbsp. fresh mint

2 tbsp. grated lime peel

Method :

Mix mint, lime juice, and honey in a bowl.

Season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper and secure with toothpicks (attach parallel sides to form a barrel shape).

Pour over the marinade and leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, or even better if overnight.

Bake in the oven at 200C for 40-50 minutes (approximately)

Mix the ingredients for the sauce when the chicken is ready and serve immediately.
