marinade :
boneless chicken meat 500 gr
2 tbsp. light soy sauce 30 ml
1 tbsp. table vinegar 6% 15 ml
1 tbsp. sesame oil 15 ml
salt
the following ingredients :
Chinese noodles noodles for wok 300 gr
4 tbsp. vegetable oil 60 ml
4 cloves of garlic through a press
carrots grated on a Korean grater 120 gr
chopped green onions 100 gr
Young green peas 150 gr
2 tbsp. oyster sauce 30 ml
salt
3 tbsp. soy sauce 45 ml
½ tsp black pepper
Method :
Cut the frozen meat into strips, and put in the marinade for 30 minutes. Heat the wok, add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, fry the meat, remove to a plate, add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil to the wok, and first fry the garlic, peas, and carrots, add the meat, noodles, oyster sauce, pepper, salt, fry everything together for 5-7 minutes. Serve with a sauce of vinegar, pepper, and garlic. Preparation of the sauce: mix vinegar to taste with water, cut 1 chili pepper into slices, cut 1 clove of garlic into strips, pound in a mortar, and add vinegar.
