Closed lavash with filling


ingredients :

sweet pepper - 1 pc

tomato - 1 pc

meat, ham/meat, ham - 100 gr

cheese - 200 gr

lavash/pita bread - 1-2 pcs.

Method :

Cut the sweet pepper and tomato into cubes

Place the pita bread in a deep frying pan so that the edges hang down.

Break the eggs inside and mix

Add some cheese

Next, mix the meat, tomatoes, peppers and herbs

Fold the edges of the pita bread towards the center of the pan

Fry over low heat, covered, on both sides until golden brown, with or without oil

When you turn the pita bread over, sprinkle it with cheese and herbs and cover it again
