white dough :
flour - 250 gr
dry yeast - 1/2 tsp
salt - 1/2 tsp
sugar 1/2 tbsp
egg - 1 pc
butter - 20 gr
water - 100 ml
brown dough :
flour - 250 gr
dry yeast - 1/2 tsp
salt - 1/2 tsp
sugar 1/2 tbsp
egg - 1 pc
butter - 20 gr
water - 100 ml
cocoa - 2 tsp
gingerbread dough :
butter - 20 gr
sugar - 30 gr
flour - 20 gr
starch - 10 gr
cocoa - 2 tsp
almond petals
Method :
Knead 2 types of dough by mixing all ingredients. Place in a warm place and let the dough rise to double in volume.
Divide each dough into 2 parts. Roll each part into a rectangle. Fold rectangles of two colors overlapping, then
roll up the edges. Cut into pieces about 5 cm long and fold in half again. Put it to proof.
Mix all the ingredients for the gingerbread dough. Roll out the dough and cut out “stars” (or whatever you want) with a cookie cutter and place it on top of the bun. Sprinkle with almond leaves.
Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. about 25 minutes.
