cottage cheese 9% - 200 gr
sugar - 50 gr
milk - 85 ml
egg - 1 pc
corn starch - 13 gr
salt - a pinch
vanilla sugar - 1/2 tsp
Method :
Place cottage cheese in a bowl.
Add both types of sugar, a pinch of salt, and an egg, and beat with an immersion blender until smooth.
Add cornstarch and stir.
Add milk and beat again with an immersion blender.
The result will be a thin (rather liquid) mass.
Pour the resulting mass into silicone molds (I got 6 pieces), and put any frozen berries on top (I have blackberries, red and white currants, blueberries, and grapes).
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.
Bake for 40-45 minutes.
The curd mass will rise during baking, but the berries will remain on top.
Remove from oven, and let cool.
Remove the dessert from the silicone molds and serve.
You can sprinkle it with powdered sugar before serving.
