Method

Take a slice of the black bread.

Dry it a little in a toaster.

Cut a circular hall in the bread slice's middle.

Pour a little corn oil into the small skillet.

Put the bread on the very hot skillet.

Break the egg under the hall in the slice of bread.

Keep it frying for 1 minute.

Turn over bread with egg.

Keep it frying for 1 minute more.

Remove bread with egg from the skillet.
