Lentil soup with chicken in a slow cooker


Ingredients

potatoes - 200 gr

chicken fillet - 300 gr

red lentils - 200 gr

onion - 150 gr

carrots - 150 gr

water - 2 l.

tomato paste - 70 gr

garlic - 10 gr

vegetable oil - 30 ml

Method

For comfortable cooking, we will prepare all the products.

Cut potatoes and chicken fillet into medium cubes. Finely chop the carrots and onions for frying.

Place vegetable oil, carrots, and onions in a bowl - “Frying” mode for 10 minutes.

 Add chicken fillet to the bowl - “Frying” mode for 8-10 minutes.

Add all other products - “Stew” mode for 60 minutes. (Of course, you can use the “Soup” mode, but with it everything is kind of empty or something)

Pass the resulting soup through a Blender.
