Method :
At the beginning of preparing the soup, the potatoes must be cut into large pieces.

Remove the cast iron from the stove and put potatoes, spices, bell peppers, bay leaves, and hot peppers into it, fill it with clean water.
Place a large bunch of herbs on top to taste and cover with a lid.
Place in the oven to simmer for at least 4 hours.
