Vegetable salad with sausage (dietary)


ingredients :

100 gr. lettuce leaves

1 small onion

4 small tomatoes

100 gr. chicken sausage with minimal fat content

for the sauce :

1 tbsp. wine vinegar

3 tbsp. natural yogurt 1.5% fat

1 tbsp. water

salt, red pepper

Method :

Cut the salad into large pieces, onion rings, tomatoes into slices, and sausage into strips.

Place lettuce leaves on a dish, tomatoes, sausage, and onions on top.

For the sauce: wine vinegar, water, yogurt, salt, and pepper, mix well and season the salad.

One serving contains only 172 kilocalories!
