Most of us buy them in stores, but we can easily prepare them at home.
Take 150 g of chocolate, black or milk, cut into pieces and melt in the microwave.
You can also melt it in a water bath.
Using a brush, grease the silicone molds with chocolate.
I used muffin tins.
Lubricate generously so that there are fewer gaps in the future.
We will have a small amount of chocolate left, we will need it later.
Place the prepared molds in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Now the filling: combine 400 g of cottage cheese with 50 g of butter, add 8 g of vanilla sugar and beat two tablespoons of powdered sugar with a blender.
Remove the molds from the freezer.
Now fill the molds with curd filling.
Level with a spoon and make small indentations in the curd mass.
Place berries or condensed milk in the cavity (I used strawberry jam), cover with curd mixture on top and smooth.
The most convenient way to do this is with a knife. During this time, the remaining chocolate has thickened a little; we also melt it in the microwave.
Now grease the molds with chocolate and put them back in the freezer for 25-30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, everything has frozen well, now we carefully remove the dessert from the molds.
This is the dessert we got.
