Easy chicken pot pie for a main course


Ingredients

mixture of frozen vegetables corn , peas, paprika, champignons, I added one carrot myself - 400 gr

chicken breast - 1, boiled

chicken broth - 8 tablespoons

flour - 230 gr

milk - 120 ml

egg - 1 pc

salt and ground pepper 

Method :

Thaw the prepared mixture of frozen vegetables (you can, of course, cut fresh ones to taste) a little and boil with chicken broth for about 7 minutes. Add salt and pepper

Cut the boiled chicken breast into small pieces and add to the vegetables. Stir and place the entire mixture into a baking dish

Quickly knead the dough from flour, milk and eggs. Spread the dough over the vegetables and smooth out

Place in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius
