Pumpkin in Korean


Ingredients :

1 - pumpkin-500 gr
2 - bow - 1 piece
3 - garlic - 2 cloves
4 - vegetable oil for frying

for the marinade :

1 - honey -1 tbsp
2 - Korean seasoning for carrots - 2 tsp
3 - salt -0.5 tsp
4 - vegetable oil 2 tbsp
5 - apple cider vinegar - 2 tbsp

Method :

Try to prepare a very tasty dish “Korean Pumpkin”. The result is a very spicy, aromatic and very tasty pumpkin. A real storehouse of vitamins

Make the marinade: add apple cider vinegar, salt, Korean carrot seasoning, vegetable oil to the honey and mix thoroughly until the honey dissolves

Peel the pumpkin and grate it for Korean carrots

Cut the onion into half rings and lightly fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Finely chop the garlic

Add the fried onions and the oil in which the onions and garlic were stewed to the pumpkin and pour in the marinade, mix everything well. Cover with cling film and put in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Our pumpkin is ready!
